Yeah I'm so incredibly pumped for the one coming out next summer but I'm not holding my breath for it to be good. I finally broke down and bought a used Xbox 360 so I could still play lol.

Super excited for this. Been ten years without the last one.

So I watched the trailer, and EA of course does a nice job hyping people up. No real game play footage which is what will make or break it.

They have to nail the presentation part of the game. If there isn’t Virginia Tech running onto the field to “Enter Sandman” for example, they already screwed up. I want to feel the crowd roar if it’s the SEC Championship, and a modest crowd if you’re playing against a cupcake opponent.

Game play… I remember back in the day if you started a freshman QB on the road they would be rattled and the play art would be squiggly lines until they got into a rhythm. We need to feel a difference controlling a 75 overall true freshman vs. a 95 overall 6th year senior.

Sadly this is EA who basically ruin every game they put their hands on.
